4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at cvk8 is ৳300. The payment methods we currently accept are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment methods other than these are accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
When you open a new account at cvk8, you will receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total wagers required, after which bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
- If you withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Wagering must be completed within a set time period after the bonus is received.
- Betting on certain games using a bonus may be restricted or not permitted.
- Only one welcome bonus applies per account.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games and betting activities on cvk8 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Slots, casino table games, fishing games, and other games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of that round is stored on the server.
- If a game stops mid-round due to a technical fault, the outcome will be determined according to the server's records.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final.
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes using technical exploits or software is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Each betting market has its own rules. Please read the market rules carefully before placing a bet.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
- In live betting, odds may change at any moment.
- Once a bet is placed in sports betting, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Betting or playing games using multiple accounts.
- Applying deliberate betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Any hacking, manipulation, or fraudulent activity involving game software.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.

- Fraudulent or suspicious financial transactions being detected.

8.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You may withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, the bonus amount for which wagering has not been completed will not be returned.
